The Beautiful Minds Podcast
Hi, I'm Hannah - A expert in Mental Health and a survivor of suicide.
This podcast is all about real conversation; offering guests an open space to share life experiences and discuss taboo subjects around mental wellbeing. The increase in Mental ill health is rising in all communities, so it is more important than ever that safe spaces are created; where everyone is encouraged to discuss their struggles and be supported without judgement. That is why I am so passionate about sharing the benefits of self development for a better mental health, because it is what I needed at my darkest time.
This content comes with TRIGGER warnings as it maybe too real for some to hear. But it is some ones reality right?!
Welcome to The Beautiful Minds podcast- I hope you enjoy it!

Lets Talk Mental Health with Jonathan Bird
*PLEASE APPROACH THIS EPISODE WITH CAUTION*
Baby Loss Awareness Week (October 9th-16th) highlights nationally the importance of raising awareness and bringing together communities, to make sure anyone touched by pregnancy and baby loss is given a safe space to share their experiences and feel like they are not alone. A stillbirth is when a baby dies before or during labour after 24 completed weeks of pregnancy.
Jonathan Bird is a proven business owner, international speaker, a keen Star Trek fan, and bereaved father. He is the CEO of Delivered Social, a highly talented digital marketing agency based in Guildford - https://deliveredsocial.com/
Jonathan shared his very personal journey with stillbirth and how, on reflection, he recognises the impact on his mental health during that life experience. It is clear, as a dad or partner who has experienced the loss of a baby, it can take time to come to terms with what you’ve gone through, that is whilst continuing to support your partner, be a husband and come to terms with not being a dad.
